Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

All orders are sent through Australia Post and are despatched within 2 business days after payment has cleared. Customers have the option of using a prepaid satchel (with tracking), parcel post or parcel post with signature on delivery. If a customer chooses parcel post without tracking, Curriculum Kids will not take any responsibility for any lost or misplaced orders.  If using tracking and the customer believes that they did not receive the parcel, an investigation will be lodged with Australia Post by Curriculum Kids. If applicable, tracking numbers will be e-mailed to customers once their order has been paid for and shipped. The order is given an estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 3 business days to the estimate.

All template CDs are sent via standard post.  If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: info@curriculumkids.com.au

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Curriculum Kids. If your item is faulty upon receipt or you believe that it does not match the product description, we will gladly exchange the item or give a full refund after the customer has provided photographic proof. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of delivery receipt. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Include the following information:

  • Your Order number
  • Your name and address
  • The name of the item you are returning
  • Photographic evidence of any damage
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name of the replacement
